Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

No show/No Calls will be charged the full amount for the service booked!  This amount can be used as a credit to reschedule the appointment.  Note, we will only allow one no show/no call and reschedule credit.

We allow a 15-minute grace period.  After the grace period, your  appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
